A VISION BECOMES REALITY It’s our vision to create a business campus in a highly accessible location with innovative architecture, offering future-orientated companies a sustainable workspace in environmentally friendly conditions. We are building a new working environment right next to the A5 motorway within sight of Frankfurt city centre and Frankfurt International Airport. This will be a new “laboratory” at the foot of the Taunus mountains for companies wishing to share our vision, in which new ideas become reality. The result is: the TAUNUS LAB.

Innovation and

NEW TO SEE The campus comprises variously sized buildings with a total letting area of almost 50,000 m². A new hotel is being constructed close to the entrance. TAUNUS LAB. not only offers around 1,260 car parking spaces and several hundred bicycle stands, but there are also charging stations for electric cars and e-bikes in the multi-storey car park, which features a part-planted façade. Tenants are treated to a selection of eateries with internal and external seating. The external areas are landscaped with plants, lawns and trees offering shade plus water features to complete the piazza feel.

The Taunus Lab. buildings have already been awarded a preliminary DGNB Gold certification. All roofs are extensively landscaped with greenery covering around three quarters of all roof areas. A number of external areas – the so-called “collaboration areas” – can also be used as workspace in good weather.

GOOD ENVIRONMENT In addition to the pleasant building terraces, the campus is finished with a green open space concept offering a pleasant environment in which to spend time, meet and enjoy life. The landscaping of the terraces and roofs and the part-planted 100 m long façade of the multi-storey car park set new benchmarks in environmental protection and quality of life. The use of the latest renewable energy sources and e-mobility make TAUNUS LAB. a truly innovative and low-resource commercial park, which is unique in its asset class.
