FLEXIBILITY All buildings are suitable for a large variety of tenants or owner-occupiers. The smallest lettable unit is around 400 m² and is available in every building. The rental units are flexible for all types of floor layout, from single-person offices to combination and open-plan solutions. There is also space suitable for use by skilled trades and small-scale zero-emission light industry. Owner-occupiers are not tied to the existing architecture, but can be integrated into the total concept of the TAUNUS LAB. The individual room design is user-specific and tailored to the occupier.

SPACES FOR
GOOD
FEELINGS

MASTER PLAN The architectural master plan foresees the horizontal extension of the floor slabs in the individual building to create terraces with wide-ranging views over the Taunus mountains and the Frankfurt skyline on every floor. The terraces can be used as outdoor break-out zones and recreational space for staff to take in the fresh air. This is complemented by the optimisation of the external areas which function as the green lungs of the campus to improve the atmosphere or chill out on hot days, but this also serves to increase the overall amenity value. The central area will become the campus’s own piazza with restaurants and external seating.
